Robin Pedersen of Norway was also the best in the second competition of the Continental Cup in Ruka (FIN) on Sunday afternoon and was the "man of the weekend" in the far North.

The 25-year-old repeated his win from the day before with two jumps of 138.5 m and a total of 301.8 points and stood on top of the podium in a COC for the fifth time. "This weekend was perfect for me. I'm really happy that I can take home two victories, it shows that my shape is getting better and better", the Norwegian said after his second win in two days.

On Saturday, Robin Pedersen lead a sweep of his Norwegian team, today he won ahead of two Austrians. Elias Medwed finished in second place with jumps of 136.5 m and 140 m and 293.6 points. The 19-year-old moved up from tenth to second in the final round and could therefore celebrate the best result of his career so far.
Medwed's teammate Stefan Rainer came in third today with his jumps of 134 m and 138.5 m and 291.7 points.

Sondre Ringen and Joacim Oedegaard Bjoereng, who both made the podium yesterday, narrowly missed the Top 3 this time in fourth and fifth, but together with Robin Pedersen and Anders Haare in sixth, they provided for yet another fantastic team result of the Norwegians.

Kilian Maerkl and Severin Freund were seventh and eighth and represented Germany in today's Top 10, that were completed by Ren Nikaido of Japan (9th) and Slovenia's Zak Mogel (10th).

Ulrich Wohlgenannt, who is competing in the World Cup in Engelberg this weekend, remains the leader of the overall ranking of the Continental Cup with 360 points. Joacim Oedegaard Bjoereng is second with 255 points and Severin Freund follows in third (242 points).
The next two competitions will be held on December 27th and 28th in Engelberg (SUI).
