Straub announces retirement
Ramona Straub will not be part of the team in the new season. The 2019 team World Champion has decided to end her Ski Jumping career. "This wasn't an easy decision for me. Being a ski jumper is a great job and it was also my passion. Even though I still enjoy this sport, I had to admit that I can't pursue it with the necessary commitment anymore. I was always able to recover fast after injuries and achieve good results, never I couldn't train fully. That's why this is just the right time to take this step", said the 27-year-old.
