5th and home victory for Kramer

Joyful about this victory, Sara Marita Kramer nevertheless found the competition quite difficult and sad not to be able to welcome friends and family around while competing at home. The leader in the overall World Cup (630 points) again dominated the World Cup in Ramsau am Dachstein with two jumps of 92 and 90 m, scoring a total of 261 points. With blue sky and the moon rising above the mountains, she is now taking also the lead for the new Austrian Tournament "Alpenkrone".
German Katharina Althaus finished second, happy about this podium as she explained not really liking this hill. Ursa Ursa Bogataj, remained the best Slovenian with the third place.
Sarah Takanashi missed once again the podium this winter, claiming the fourth place. Nevertheless, she was not the only Japanese in the top 10 as Yuka Seto finished ten.
Team Slovenia remains strong and second in the nation cup with Ema Klinec, World Champion 2021 in Oberstdorf (5th) and Nika Kriznar, last year World Cup Winner (6th).
Nika Kriznar equalised also tonight the record hill with a jump of 96m in the final round, Kramer having recorded already 96m last year. Kriznar equalised also the number of points with Austrian Daniela Iraschko-Stolz with 238.2 points and sixth place.
Always smiling and happy even if there were no spectactors allowed, third Austrian jumper Eva Pinkelnig was following in eighth position.
Norway is the 5th and last nations to be part of this top 10 with Thea Minyan, tonight the best jumper. Despite a good jump in the final round, it was indeed impossible for Silje Opseth after a 25th position in the first round to come back and she finished 14th.
Italy managed to score a few points with Lara Malsiner in 12th place and Chinese Bing Dong is the best and only one to have scored one point during this World Cup.
