The wind was not in favor of the ski jumpers at the Grand Prix premiere in Schuchinsk (KAZ) on Saturday.

At first, the first Grand Prix competition on the spectacular facility in northern Kazakhstan was moved from the large to the normal hill, due to the wind gusts it was also not possible to carry out the event there at the originally planned time at 4 pm LOC.

The competition was postponed various times before it finally started at 8 pm LOC, but after only a few jumpers and many breaks due to the wind conditions, it had to be canceled.

The competition is now scheduled for early Sunday morning. The first round will start already at 8:30 am LOC ( 4:30 am CET). The second competition in Schuchinsk will then follow as planned at 2 pm LOC (10 am CET).
