Anna Odine Stroem achieved her second World Cup victory on Sunday afternoon with a new hill record of 112.5 meters and 103.5 meters and 254.7 points in Hinterzarten. Like the day before, Slovenia's Ema Klinec came second with 102 and 107.5 meters and 249.5 points. Third place went to Eva Pinkelnig (107.5 and 103.5 m; 244.7 points), who was able to extend her lead in the overall World Cup again.

Chiara Kreuzer and the best Japanese Sara Takanashi finished together on the 4th place. With Yuki Ito and Nozomi Maruyama on the two places behind, three Japanese women ended up in the top ten. Selina Freitag was the best German on the 8th place. With Anna Rupprecht (20th) and Juliane Seyfarth (23rd), the other two Germans also ended up in the points. The top ten was completed by the best French, Josephine Pagnier, and Thea Minyan Bjoerseth.

No points, but at least one adjustment of the best World Cup result was for the Slovenian Nejka Repinc Zupancic, who finished 31st. The Norwegian Silje Opseth missed the final for the second time in the season and in 37th place. Paulina Cieslar from Poland, on the other hand, was a little happier, coming in 38th, improving her previous day's and her best World Cup result by one place.

After the German Ski Association (DSV) had already used up its two opportunities in the national groups, the field of participants shrank to 41 starters. But because the Polish Nicole Konderla did not start due to a cold like the day before, all participants came into the competition. Like the day before, the Slovenian Ema Klinec secured the qualification and then the prize money of 500 euros, which the Hinterzarten organizing committee had offered.
