Ski jump in Ljubno is ready again
Aug 07, 2024·Ski JumpingJust under a year after the devastating flood damage in Ljubno (SLO), the HS 94 ski jump has been restored.
In August 2023, a devastating flood caused severe destruction in large parts of Slovenia. The municipality of Ljubno with its Ski jumping facility in the north-east of the capital Ljubljana was also affected.
After the damage the operators appealed for support with an appeal for donations.
The help arrived and with the efforts of the numerous helpers, the ski jump is now back in top condition.

"SSK Ljubno and OC Ljubno would like to thank the International Ski Federation and the two race directors Chika Yoshida and Sandro Pertile, the National Ski Federation and our other ski friends and supporters who helped to repair the damage and restore the ski jump.
Ljubno is ready for the challenges of the future," said the organisers.
Ljubno will be back on the women's World Cup calendar on 15 and 16 February with the newly renovated hill.
