Summer inspections get underway

Val Thorens (FRA) - Summer inspections have begun for the 2018/19 Audi FIS Ski Cross World Cup and snowboard cross World Cup tours, with Cross Race Director JP Baralo carrying out a successful inspection at the first ski cross stop of the season in Val Thorens (FRA) this past week.
From Val Thorens, Baralo and co. will travel to Arosa (SUI), Montafon (AUT), Innichen/San Candido (ITA), Feldberg (GER) and Blue Mountain (CAN), before wrapping things up in Sunny Valley (RUS) on the week of September 13th, 2018.
This season’s Audi FIS Ski Cross World Cup is set to see 13 competitions held at eight venues across Europe, Canada, and Asia, while the 2018/19 snowboard cross World Cup will feature 12 competitions at seven different venues. The two cross tours will share venues this season in Montafon and in Feldberg.
