German snowboard cross star Martin Nörl is back on his board following an ankle injury that sidelined him for most of last season. The injury occurred in Cervinia at the beginning of the past season, shortly after Nörl had secured a top-10 finish in the first race of the season in Les Deux Alpes. Unfortunately, a crash in the following race led to a prolonged recovery period, keeping him off the slopes for the remainder of the season.

In a recently released video from Snowboard Germany, fans were thrilled to see the 31-year-old Nörl back in action, carving turns on an indoor ski slope. This marks a significant step in his comeback as he prepares for the upcoming season.

Before his injury, Nörl was on a remarkable run, having won back-to-back SBX World Cup overall titles in 2022 and 2023. He also claimed the title of Vice World Champion in Bakuriani. With the 2025 World Championships on the horizon, expectations are high for Germany's top snowboard cross racer as he works towards regaining his top form.

As Nörl returns to training, the anticipation is building for what could be another stellar season. Fans and teammates alike are eager to see him back at full strength, and all eyes will be on his progress as the 2025 World Championships approach.
