2024/25 FIS Snowboard Cross World Cup: Exciting Competitions, Key Team Events, and the Road to the World Championships

The 2024/25 FIS Snowboard Cross World Cup season promises to deliver a thrilling journey packed with high-stakes races and intense head-to-head action across top venues in Europe, Asia, and North America. With a diverse calendar featuring both individual and team competitions, this season is set to be one of the most exciting yet, as athletes gear up for the ultimate showdown at the 2025 FIS Snowboard, Freestyle, and Freeski World Championships.

The season kicks off in Cervinia, Italy, in mid-December, with the world's best snowboarders battling it out in the first World Cup stop of the season. The tour then moves to Dolní Morava, Czech Republic, in January, where the first of several Snowboard Cross Team (BXT) events will take place alongside individual races. In February, Italy once again plays host as Cortina d'Ampezzo welcomes the athletes for an exciting round of SBX competitions.

March brings some of the most intense action of the season, beginning with Erzurum, Turkey, which will feature both individual and team events. Shortly after, the tour heads to Gudauri, Georgia, for a double event (2x) weekend, providing a crucial opportunity for athletes to accumulate valuable points. Montafon, Austria, will then offer another SBX & BXT combo event before the athletes gear up for the highlight of the season—the World Championships in St. Moritz.

The 2025 FIS Snowboard, Freestyle, and Freeski World Championships in late March will be the pinnacle of the season, with Snowboard Cross qualifications on March 27, finals on March 28, and the exciting team event on March 29. Following this, the season concludes in early April at Mont-Sainte-Anne, Canada, with another double event, marking the grand finale of a thrilling World Cup season.
