The 27-year-old, who has been competing on the highest international level since 2004, has set new goals for his life:

“After ten years of membership in the Swiss national team, it's time for something new. I will focus on my studies and snowboard filming,” the two-time Olympian said.

The 2011 X Games bronze medallist, who has been representing his home country at five world championships with the fourth rank in 2011 and 2013 being his best result, has competed in 39 World Cup starts earning a total of seven podium finishes.

“I'm grateful for the support by Swiss Snowboarding. It's been a fantastic time,” added Haller, who had set a record for the highest air (11.30 metres) last year.
