With the #RoadtoPyeongChang turning in on the home stretch, the world's best gear up for the last events of the official qualifier circle.

As the 2018 Olympic Winter Games are looming on the horizon, things traditionally kick-off down under with the bi-annual Audi quattro Winter Games NZ being back on the calendar.

And as it's only a few more weeks to go till the 2017-18 Snowboard World Cup season finally gets underway again in Cardrona, the world's best are prepping for their journey to New Zealand.

So far, heavy hitters like Olympic slopestyle gold medallist Jamie Anderson (USA) who won the Winter Games NZ event back in 2013 and 2015 or halfpipe sensation Choe Kim (USA) have already registered for the respective slopestyle and halfpipe competitions.
