We’re officially four weeks out from The Style Experience FIS Snowboard big air World Cup Presented by Toyota, set to go down in the winter stronghold of Edmonton (CAN). The best snowboarders in the world will congregate in The Commonwealth Stadium to showcase a dazzling display of athletic prowess - and style! You’ll want to secure your tickets soon, as the best seats in the house are limited, and going fast. It’s going to be the winter event of the year, with hot chocolate for some and a nice cold beer for others, there will be something for everyone. It’ll be the best outdoor party you’ve ever been to!

With Red Bull certified DJ’s, you know this party is about to take flight. We’re bringing in a booming sound system to elevate the entire guest experience, which will be accompanied by visual lights and projection show designed to amplify the epicness. TThe energy on the dance floor will be in tune with the scale of this event - it’s the largest Big Air scaffolding jump ever built in the entire world. The Style Experience is going to take over the full range of digital screens across the stadium (and beyond), producing an unmatched live event coverage experience.

The jump itself is carefully crafted by master park designer Charles Beckinsale. We’re honoured to be able to provide the invited riders with a world-class build that will allow them to fully unleash their potential. With anticipated attendance of highly decorated Canadian riders such as Max Parrot and Laurie Blouin in the mix, you can expect to witness some stunning tricks on this beautiful beast of a jump.

There’s an absolutely stacked list of Canadian riders, with the initial rider registration list ranging from seasoned veterans and Olympic medalists such as Max Parrot and Laurie Blouin, to the faces of the future of Canada Snowboard. Jasmine Baird is coming off of a 3rd place finish at the first stop of the big air World Cup tour at Big Air Chur earlier this season, and is fired up to ascend the podium. Nic Laframboise just handled rehab, and is back on board looking stronger than ever. Truth Smith and Finn Finestone are both young guns with mad style, and plenty to prove. Emeraude Maheux is a young rider from Quebec, following in the footsteps of Lourie Blouin. And let’s not forget X-Games winner, style master, and Olympian Darcy Sharpe, who is returning to the contest scene for the first time since an appearance in both big air and slopestyle in the Beijing Olympic Games. These riders will be joined by their international counterparts to duke it out for the top spot at The Style Experience.

The international riders fields will be confirmed closer to competition tiome but expect to see the likes of Riera Iwabuchi (JPN), Kokomo Murase (JPN), Anna Gasser (AUT) and Jamie Anderson (USA) dropping in for the women, while Marcus Kleveland (NOR), Rene Rinnekangas (FIN), Red Gerard (USA), Takeru Otsuka (JPN) and many, many more of the world's very finest men should be on the start list come time for competition there in Edmonton.
