Chiesa in Valmalenco 2022 Freestyle Junior World Championships Results
Mar 31, 2022·FreestyleThis past Monday, the moguls & aerials portion of the 2022 FIS Snowboard, Freestyle and Freeski Junior World Championships concluded in Italy’s Chiesa in Valmalenco to wrap up what was an incredible couple days of competition by the world’s best young athletes at an exceptional venue.
Without a doubt Valmalenco is the most experienced host in FIS Freestyle Junior World Championships history, having hosted the event six times - most recently in 2019. For the second time also the FIS Snowboard Junior World Championships action will take Chiesa's slopes with snowboard alpine event coming up this following weekend from March 31 to April 2. Besides, Valmalenco also has a long history of hosting World Cup competitions with the last moguls and dual moguls event going down in extraordinary fashion just a couple of weeks ago.
With an exciting competition programme including aerials, aerials team, moguls, dual moguls and for the very first time also the dual moguls team over the course of four days, the 2022 FIS Junior World Championships Chiesa in Valmalenco was again a highly successful event with some amazing sport battles, great emotions and really unbelievable performances.
