Happy hump day, everyone...although what even are 'days' anymore, really? It's all sort of starting to blur...

However, it's Wednesday and that means we're back with the second installment of the Freestyle Rundown, where we've gone digging through the past week-or-so's social media archives hunting for that good, quality content to keep you going through these long days of lockdown.

Everybody is reacting a little differently to the new 'normal' we're finding ourselves dealing with here, with some people picking up new hobbies, some people seeing if it's possible to literally finish all of Netflix, way too many people learning how to bake bread...

And then there's people like ski cross stud Daniel Bohnacker (GER), who found himself a pair of grass skis and a buddy with a quad bike and blessed us with...this:

Homeoffice läuft langsam aus dem Ruder! 🤯🚀😅 📹: @bornhoffe #grasski #skiing #skicross #skideutschland #towing #springskiing #whatisgoingoninsidetheirhead #homeoffice #socialdistancing #fortheperfectline #uvexwintersports #wohninvestsport

Keeping it going with the weirdness, Utah 2019 moguls world champion and PyeongChang 2018 bronze medallist Yulia Galysheva (KAZ) blessed us with this trippy edit of herself...doing lawn care? We highly recommended that you stick with it through to the threatening chainsaw portion of the clip...

Sticking with the moguls world for a minute, we were treated to a whole different kind of crazy this week from the King himself, as Canada's Mikael Kingsbury dropped into the timeline this week to blow us all away with an insane set of burpee reps. Not sure what else to add here...this is just ridiculous...

While we are all staying safe at home! Here’s a new challenge for you🥵🙃 its not easy! @underarmour #throughthistogether

On the opposite end of the workout spectrum we've got this really quite exceptional clip from Swiss ski cross star Fanny Smith, who has taken the time to put together a training video for the elderly (and other less-athletic types) who are looking to keep moving and stay active in their homes. Even sweeter than that? The video features Smith's 90-year-old grandma following along with the programme. Bravo, Fanny (and grandma)!

😊 Fanny . . @global_coaching @swiss.stop.covid @swiss.public.health . #programme #senior #supermamie #sante #activity #mobility #balance #workout #health #stayactive #covıd19 #stayathome

Of course, there are some other attainable home workout goals for us regular folk to attempt as well, as demonstrated in careful detail by Aussie aerials legend David Morris. Our personal favourite is the deadlift, but just make sure you stick to the 'five-second rule' when attempting that one...

The perfect home workout doesn’t exi- 💪🏼💪🏼 The isolation whole-body home workout that everyone can enjoy. #stayfit #staystrong #isolation #stayhome #flattenthecurve #workout #fit #fitness #home #gym #upper #lower #core #cardio #lol #haha #aerialskier #training #gainz #muscle #lazy #fun @owi_aus @vicinstsport @sportaus @fisfreestyle @olympics @9gag @ladbibleaustralia @ladbible @sportbible @7sportau @7olympics @snowaust @karbonsports @drinkutonic @wayneritchies @xtm_performance @aerosphere

Back to some more inspirational content from Morris's compatriot Laura Peel (AUS), who came through on Monday with a little positivity for the timeline, taking us back to higher-flying times while reminding us to focus on the things we can control...

So much emphasis is placed on the way that we look. But, nothing has ever given me more appreciation for the way that my body functions than skiing into a 5m wall of ice at 70km/h! Take care of your body because you love it, not because you hate it, and it’ll give back to you a hundred times over. Mine even gave me wings to fly ;)

On to some freeski content, starting off with the Austrians who have us deeply missing competition days with their new webseries that looks back at the 2019/20 season from Beijing to Destne. Just watched this one 45-second clip from Mammoth and it's got us absolutely frothing to get back on snow...

The US squad continues their look-back at some of their best moments of the 2019/20 season this week with their halfpipe highlights, from crystal globe winner Aaron Blunck's unreal performance in Mammoth to Birk Irving's never-been-done switch dub 720 at the Winter Games NZ in Cardrona, and much more...

Today our #OneTeamBestMoments from the 2019-20 season continues with freeski halfpipe! @aaronblunck won @LandRoverusa U.S. Grand Prix at @mammothmountain with the three highest scores of the day. @alexferreiraski defended @xgames Aspen Halfpipe Gold. @LymanCurrier earned his second World Cup podium of the season at the @landroverusa U.S. Grand Prix. @BirkIrving won @WinterGamesNZ with never-been-done double-cork-720. @aaronblunck went back-to-back at Land Rover U.S. Grand Prix.

Besides being the winningest freeskier in World Cup history, Switzerland's Andri Ragettli is also a one-man content factory who seems to break the internet all over again every couple of weeks. THIS week he took us back to just one year ago at the Audi Nines, where he put down what has to be the most insane high-five in the history of high-five-ing. This hasn't been topped yet, and it may never be...

Crazy High five!🙌🔥 Tag your friend!🤟 #1YearAgo #HighFive #Audinines #Skiing #Freeskiing #Crazy 🎥 @gianragettli

We'll wrap things up for this week with PyeongChang 2018 slopestyle gold medallist and 2x crystal globe winner Sarah Hoefflin (SUI). Sarah's road to the top of the freeski world is truly one of the most incredible stories you're likely ever to hear; now, we've got her story, perfectly articulated in her own words in this must-watch TEDx:

Awesome stuff. Thanks Sarah for giving us all a little inspiration to keep pushing forward. Stay safe and stay positive, everyone, and we'll see you right here in next week's Rundown!

❤️
