Sierra Nevada 2017: One month to go!

There's just one month to go before the opening ceremony of the Sierra Nevada 2017 FIS Freestyle Ski & Snowboard World Championships in Sierra Nevada, Spain, and the final preparations are being made for what will be the biggest celebration of skiing and snowboarding on the calendar this winter.
With a full-slate of Freestyle and Snowboard world championship competition, a very cool selection of concerts and events, and the incredible Sierra Nevada venue and surrounding countryside, the 12th iteration of the FIS Snowboard World Championships (and 16th Freestyle Ski World Championships) is shaping up to be the coolest ever.

March 7 - Opening ceremony
March 11 - SS finals, HP finals night event
March 12 - SBX finals
March 13 - SBX TEAM finals; SX finals
March 14 - PGS finals
March 15 - PSL finals
March 17 - BA finals
March 19 - Closing ceremony
