Why do you Telemark? Telemark is one of the most interesting and challenging sports I ever did. Its not just being fast in the gates you also have to jump (around 20m) landing in telemark position and on the end you need to have enough power for skating.
What is your favorite Telemark discipline? Classic is my favorite. I like to fight over 2min on a course. Even when the legs are tired with the mental focus you can take all out of it. Moreover it is just one run and you know immediately what place you reached.
How often do you train per Week? Whats your favorite Training? During summer I train around 10-14h per week and I prefer outdoor training and spending lot of time on my bike.
What was the best experience of your career so far? The first victory 2016 in the parallel sprint in the big final against Amélie Reymond. Followed by 34 podium so far...
Whats your favorite race on the World Cup Calendar? Pralognan (FRA) and Rjukan (NOR) the view there is just amazing...
**Tell us something we should know about you...**2018 I got the title as best Ski Instructor from switzerland. For this i had to race: giant slalom, skicross, cross country, and telemark
Last but not least..what do you wish for the Future? To be able to ski some more years on the world cup and keep up with the young generation and in my position as a athletes representer to push the sport more and more.
